Business Challenge
RNDpoint was contacted by the Head of the Bank’s Lithuanian branch with a request to expand their existing pool of programming staff.
The Client used to hire programmers only locally but soon realized that such an approach imposed a serious limitation on their programming team’s capacity. Therefore, the Bank decided to expand its programmer recruitment geography and find providers of experienced developer talent nearshore.
The Client got interested in the business offer of RNDpoint because one of our regional offices is located in Warsaw and Kyiv, which allows our programmers to come to the Client’s office in Lithuania to complete some tasks in-house.
Our extensive experience with the banking software development and FICO Blaze Advisor was also a big advantage, as the Bank worked with it closely and needed appropriately qualified development staff.
Implementation
After the cooperation terms were negotiated, the Lithuanian office’s director gave us access to the corporate platform for consultant recruitment. RNDpoint’s managers could see vacancies for software developers along with other consultants of the Bank and proposed CVs of our experts.
At first, we participated in many small projects for which the Client hired several RNDpoint specialists: Java and .NET developers, and business analysts.
