Sales representative, country manager

Boost sales among Financial institutions (banks and Fintechs).

What you will do

  • Procure, process and close net new business
  • Work as an individual contributor, leveraging years of relationships in the industry to bring in new business and logos
  • Build pipeline and design a proactive approach to driving new business
  • Qualify and drive complex RFP/RFI responses

What you have

  • Self-starter who can quickly learn in a matrixed organization, build network and bring together RNDpoint’s capabilities to deliver strategic value to our clients
  • Great network in banking and Fintechs domain
  • Understanding the domain (hands on experience is a great advantage)
  • Deep understanding of technology trends is a plus
  • Ability to develop long term client relationships at all levels of client organizations including C Suite
  • Experience with proactive selling, RFP and RFI response orchestration
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Great representation skills
  • Ability to travel
